Lifetime warranty scam

I smashed a builder "skilled" magnetic twist manual. It costs all about 6 bucks completely new. I attempted to come back it underneath the Builder lifetime endless hand-tool guarantee. Sears equipment tried telling me it's not really a hand-tool??? Well it definitely is not really a power-tool! Quit in outrage visited another Sears. Was informed oh that's a higher effect product to ensure that doesn't have guarantee??? Which was the entire cause I visited Builder within the first-place and didnt save money on the Dewalt was for that guarantee! Push to Sears #3 and was informed "Builder lifetime guarantee isn't any longer recognized enjoy it was before. Because KMart has purchased them out they've become truly inexpensive." Therefore fundamentally from what I get is truly Craftsamn is KMart today? Whoa wasnt there grounds they went broke??? Anyone wish to purchase a large weight of Builder resources? They've a lifetime guarantee of comfort! Therefore angry I actually purchased some of their resources today. Im sure I'll be when I attempt to substitute my damaged builder scoop.
