Rick Adams owner/director Weird & creepy con who will make your children feel extremely uncomfortable and not give any monies back if unsatisfied. Poor business etiquette!

I enrolled my three year old child in Rick Adam's gymnastics facility (all stars gymnastics & cheer) upon her free trial session. Rick and his daughter Bailey are the instructors of the gymnastic classes. I paid the $15 registration fee and the $88 for the ten week term for a total of $103. I paid Rick in cash and requested a receipt. My daughter attended this weekly class three times. The fourth week, my child brought to my attention that Rick was mean to her and she was uncomfortable returning to her classes. I talked with my daughter about why she was feeling the way she did and tried to get to the bottom of her allegations. Long story longer... She was adamant about not returning to that specific gymnastic facility due to the was Rick treated her. I was not going to make her do anything she was uncomfortable doing. I contacted Rick by phone and explained we would not be returning to class because my child is no longer interested. I requested for a refund of the non used sessions and annual registration fee. Rick was rude, non compliant, defensive and not willing to return my money. He said it was my responsibility to make my daughter come back and do gymnastics. I explained that I always asked my children to try something at least once, if they don't like it or feel uncomfortable they wouldn't have to continue. I would never force my children against their will. Rick asked me what the root of the problem was and I explained it was "you". My daughter has been in gymnastics prior and loved it! She was simply uncomfortable with the way he treated and spoke to her. I explained she feels that he is mean to her. Feeling are not wrong. Rick became angry and defensive and hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. I called back for the third time and explained that I would be there that afternoon for my refund. When I arrived, Rick was rude, arrogant and was not willing to speak with me. I asked for my money back and showed him my receipt, he refused to work with me and told me that he was not going to give me any money back. I paid for a service that my child did not feel comfortable in entertaining. His manners and customer service skills are terrible! He has poor consumer education and needs not deal with the children or parents hand on. Plain and simple, when a customer is unhappy for services preformed or entertained, you give them a refund (full or partial). Bad business Rick.
