Took my money didn't deliver the item

Placed online order for sterliing silver money clip 11/5/07

Recieved email from Rick 11/6/07 asking if 10-15 day turn around was ok.

Replied 11/06/07 that it was a Christmas gift and normal turn around was fine.

Emailed Rick 11/24/07 - No repsonse

Called Rick 12/09/07 - Rick said he would ship immediately

Called and talked to Kay 12/19/07. Said she would get message to Rick.

Left for Florida on 12/26/07. Returned to Michigan 01/12/08. No money clip.

Read Receipt for my message on 01/15/08
As of 01/23/08 no response from Rick and no money clip.
Called Credit Card company to dispute the charge.
Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau
Contacted Pueblo, Co. Chamber of Commerce.
Posting my displeasure all over the internet.
Rick is either incompetent or a crook or both.
