Abilene, Tx RICK RIPOFF! Rick with Warehouse Furniture - DON'T SHOP HERE!

July 5,06 I went into Warehouse Furniture and purchased 2 recliners, loveseat, and a couch. I paid quite a bit for this purchase. Upon Warehouse delivering my furniture the next day, the deliver drivers ripped my loveseat, I went into the house and called Warehouse furniture and I was told in 4 weeks I would receive a new loveseat. I was very happy with this. Six weeks go by and my daughter and I began calling and everytime we called we were told—"I will call you back"

Today my daughter called again, Aug. 28,06 and spoke to a person by the name of Rick who told her he would not replace our furniture and we shouldn't have accepted it that way. Rick went on to tell us that he went to school to be an attorney and there was nothing we could do about our torn furniture. I called him back and he yelled at me on the phone and hung up.

I can't believe the way he spoke to us, this is not customer service, my daughter is a retail manager and has been for over 10 yrs now and she simply could not believe the way he spoke to us over the phone.

We waited about an hour hoping to talk to someone over Rick and once again Rick answered the phone and told us we could not talk to anyone else and he was the only "boss" that store had, he also said if I came into the store to ask for a refund that I would end up sitting in jail.??? UNBELIEVABLE!

I am contacting the BBB and filing a report. I hope they get rid of this gentleman soon, they just lost a family of customers who has been shopping there for 10 yrs.

Do not shop at abilenes warehouse furniture!!! Terrbile customer service!!!
