Clerk Yelled at Customers After Package Went to Wrong Department

UPS mishandled my package and sent it to the wrong department at the company I was shipping to. I tried to get resolution from the UPS Store in Buffalo Grove, IL but was rudely yelled at by a clerk named Tiffany. She said she was busy with other customers and wanted us to wait for her call. After 15 minutes passed, we decided to call her. We weren't mad that she hadn't called; we just wanted resolution, as the company I was sending it to had not received the package. She started yelling at us for calling her, then put us on hold and yelled at another customer in the background. Then she told us that since someone had signed for the package, they were not responsible for it. (I had it insured for $300.)

Stay away from this store! Tiffany is rude and arrogant! I'm not saying stay away from UPS, but don't do business with this branch. Maybe try FedEx. You will get nothing but agitation and unprofessionalism if you deal with this store!
