Do Not Rent From These People. They will steel your money, and cause you grief! Horrible Landlord!

All rent was paid on time and a deposit was made. During the entire rental period, there were numerous problems that we incurred additional expenses that should not have been necessary. The property was supposed to have been clean upon access and it was not. We paid 50.00 plus 275.00 (does not include extra cleaning supplies) to have the house cleaned, the delay was terribly inconvenient. The floor was sticky when you walked on it, the kitchen was horrible. It was totally unacceptable. The carpet was so disgusting that it needed to be replaced and was. The stairs to the basement were broken. We removed an entire pickup load of disgusting trash from the back yard and driveway. The stove did not work properly, so discussed with Gus that we had another one that we could use, so we did not need his and asked that he come and get it. They came and got it before we were finished moving in There was no mention of leaving a stove there when we left.
