Took money, did nothing

Resort Equity Marketing called me and created claims in my experience they might get my abandoned RCI months hired. They charged mean upfront charge of $1100 and stated it had been assured. I obtained the paperwork that we closed and delivered and held awaiting something which displays the guarnteed they talked of as well as described about the Paperwork. Nothing actually obtained mentiong what that gurantee was. Today a couple of months later I can't obtain a reaction back from their website. I'm confident I'm not the only real fool that's provided them cash and noticed no-return as guaranteed.
