I recieved a call from Resorts Equity Marketing I had recieved calls from other companies but did not go with them because I at one point caught them in a lie. The lady I spoke with was persistent but sounded sincere when she guaranteed me she could sell my resort and gave me website info on her company. She told me that right now the market was hot for resorts and that if I paid $700.00 she could have my resort sold in less than 6 months the sell price was to total $13,0000.00. She assured me that if they did not sell my resorts with in 6 months or by October I was guaranteed a $1000.00 shopping spree on line and I was given a website that I could shop at but would not be able to access site until October. She informed that none of her clients used the shopping spree because she sold their resorts. My resort was in Las Vegas. I lost my money and was lied to when I called back I was given the run around and when I spoke to the supervisor I was called a liar and hung up on. I have 5 boys and was trying to do something good for my family but when I realize the resort wouldn't benefit me I thought no problem I can sell like I was told by the people I bought the resort from and not take a lost. I lost money on ther resort and the money I gave to this company I am beyond angry. If there is a way to get my money back I want to know I spoke with a woman from Professional advocates who told me she could get my refund but she wanted $106.00 if she tries to get the $700.00 and $282.00 if she tries to get the $1700.00. I don't trust any company who asks for money up front. Please help. Dorthea Williams
