Fraudulent rush payment fee usa usa

I fell for the Rush Payment Fee online. I made my payment online as I always do. The screen informed me that to avoid a late fee I needed to pay using a Rush Payment Fee. I hadn't done it before, but this screen made it sound as though I Would receive a late charge, and to avoid, should utilize this service. I did. Then in my confirmation email, it says that if you make your online payment 11:59ET the day your payment is due, and a late fee gets posted, they will refund the late fee. Of course it didn't say that on the payment screen. I did a print screen of the payment screen and have it saved as I hadn't used the service before, and it looked a bit questionable. I also have the confirmation email which clearly opposes the verbage online.
