Let the contract run out, know they are trying to charge fee for not telling them I cancelled the service. You would think they would know when you dont send money in you cancelled service

Did not renew service for xm radio. Now they say there is a fee for not telling them to turn service off. Thought that was clear when I didnt send money in to keep going. They say there was a verbal agreement u had to call to cancel, sounds like a scam to me.
