I was solicited by an AT&T outbound call representitive. I spoke in lengthly detail confirming an all inclusive $24.95 monthly phone bill including all features such as caller ID call waiting, local toll, and long distance.

I was very thorough in understanding what he was selling me spending an hour of my time clairifying the situation.

Well needless to say I am now told that this 'plan' does not exist and I was misinformed. These bastards will tell you anything, confirm it through a 3rd party, and then not honor what was offered in the first place.

Do not even speak to AT&T - unless you are looking to drain 2.5 hours out of your life.

I will never get that time back - and that is a true crime.
