Replacement TV Also Had a Hole and Three-Month Minimum

I got a TV from Aaron's and it did not work, so I called the store, and after a week they sent a new/used one, and it had a hole in the side of it that looked like someone hit it.

So once more I called the store and talked with Ed, the store manager. He said that there is a 3-month minimum, so I asked him if I could just get a better one. He said OK after 5 calls, and now the new one also has a hole on the side of it, and they say they can't help me but want me to pay full price for it.

I do not know what to do. The manager says I have to keep it for three months. I feel like a fool. I am a single dad and I do not have time for this.
