Trying to make me pay a bill before they owned it from 2001 and its 2009

I had friends that lived with me in 2001 and they ran my bill up before comcast was even heard of in richmond and now its 2009 and there trying to make me pay the bill. I even filed bankrupt and included there collection agencie but not there name only for say.
