Didn't ship until dispute filed with Paypal. No live person. Calls and e-mails are ignored. No physical address

I got in a hurry when I ordered cetirizine (generic of Zertek) and did not check out the company first. My Paypal account was charged almost immediately, but after several days of checking the item still hadn't shipped. I started looking for the company information. Even though their website says that "in-store pickup" is available, they have no physical address anywhere on their website. If you call the "800" number you always get the automated system which ALWAYS ends up telling you that no customer service person is available and sends you to voice mail. Leaving a message is a waste of time because they never made any attempt to return my calls. I e-mailed them to ask the status of my order several times. All of my e-mails were ignored. I then filed a dispute with Paypal and they miraculously shipped my items on the same day that I filed this dispute. I absolutely would not order from them again!
