Ordered item (red wagon) for Christmas on 12/5, began status checking on 12/13 when shipping status still showed "will ship within 24hours". KidsInkStore would not answer email (s) or phone calls, so I sent an email on 12/17 requesting the order be cancelled and filed a paypal claim to recoup payment ($54.00). Found on on 12/20 that KidsInkStore had replied to paypal on 12/19 indicating that the shipped the item about 3pm on the afternoon of the 12/17. (I had ordered another red wagon from a different vendor on 12/18). Wound up with (2) wagons when I needed (1) and at twice the cost, plus the stress of trying to get the Christmas present to my (4) year old grandson in time for Christmas.

Customer service is rated at zero for KidsInkStore.com and I would not order from them again. I don't think they would have shipped at all if I had not filed the paypal claim to recoup the $. GF

12/17 12:10 MST - PayPal: Buyer escalated this dispute to a Claim. 12/17 12:10 MST - Buyer: I have contacted the vendor several times by email since 12/13. Received a reply that the item would ship on 12/15. Item status still shows "will ship within 24 hours" and vendor will notconfirm shipment or provide tracking information for shipper. 12/17 12:02 MST - Buyer: Order placed 12/5, no confirmation of shipment or tracking numberfor shipment as of 12:00pm MST 12/17. Item is for delivery before12/25. Cancel order and refund $54.00 charged. Glenn F
