Ordered product looked nothing like web site, returned product, won't refund$, won't respond to voice mails or e-mails

I ordered a bedspread from beddingstyle.com. When it arrived it looked much different than the picture on the website. It was a quality product, the pipping just was a different color than it appeared on the website. I contacted them via e-mail off the website and they gave me a refund number and address to ship back to. I did, and tracked the package which they have received, but I have not gotten my refund. I can not get any return phone calls (you can only leave a message) nor return e-mails. I really wish I had charged it on a credit card instead of paypal because I might have better luck with a dispute. I have filed a dispute with paypal but haven't heard back. Just a note to future consumers, the paypal went to revman international which is also a bedding website so bewear of that company also.
