Ordered a custom cover - and paid for it - was told they normally ship in two weeks but running about three right now. At three weeks, I called - no one from this company ever called me - said it's going to be three more weeks. I called again - they told me "next week it will ship" I asked for a guaranteed shipping date. They could not give me one. I demanded a refund ($1000 item) which they did give me. But the SOB got a 7 week free loan! They never called me, never offered a discount for my trouble, never did anything! If I had not called them they would have sit around forever with my money. They just suck!
