Sent the wrong product and, when returned, claimed they never received and kept my money

I purchased sunglasses from this company through e-bay. The description on the website was unequivocal and impossible to misunderstand. They still sent the wrong color sunglasses and claimed it was a mistake.

I was asked to return the product by the owner Ginger Pugg, which I did immediately. My big mistake was that, because of the trusting person that I am (not anymore!), I sent them back with no proof of delivery. The Post Office assures me that they should have arrived by now. This company person, Giger Pugg, is claiming that, because I do not have proof, they will not admit to receiving the product. Paypal is of no use either. Because they get so much business from this company, they will not touch them and they have sided with them.

Now I have American Express involved and I am sure they will step up to the plate for me. Based on this experience I can tell you that this is a ripp-off and I will never do business with either Sunnies Direct or Paypal again.
