This company keeps me from getting a job because of whats on my dac report it is false of what they say

This company really screwed me on my dac and keeping from getting a job in the trucking industry. They say that i didnt report a incident when i did report i just did not report in the right command. It was only a cargo claim on a flat bed that was secured but due to the vibration on the road and the terrain from roadways it causes freight to shift and the one piece scratched the other piece and i reported to my dispatcher and they say that i didnt report it at all when another company ask them for my work history and then they report back that i didnt report the accident they are liers so if you want to work for them besure you ask how to report properrly every day as thiongs change therre and they dont let none of the drivers know that there is change.
