A rip off company... Be care full!

I subscribe my self with this company cause i was interest in the magazine they offered me. When i realize what they do to customer a month or 3 weeks later i wanted to cancel they told me i couldnt cause my day to cancel was past do and that now i had to continue with a contract that lasted 18 months. Then i say ok cause i didnt have no choice. I had have been in contact with them doing the 18 month. Right about in around march of 09 i called them to ask how many month of pay i have and they say 12 month more of the 2 account that i had with them, 3 month from the first one and 9 month from the second one. They told me that in sept 09 i was finish with everything. But now that i see my credit card statement i saw a payment from them of oct. 09 since then i been trying to contact them ask them why they were charging me if the contract was finish and all i get when i dial the # is a operartor saying that the # i dial was incorrect. Then i dial the 2nd phone # i have and all i get is a bussy sound. I have 3 day with the same answer.
Now i dont know what to do to get then and give me and explination.
