Sbc ripoff still charges after you cancel your service Austin texas

Sbc yahoo dial is still charging me for services cancelled, by me, four months ago. Today 3/22/04 i get a bill for 173.07 with a minimum payment of 20.00. The service is supposed to be 21.95 per month. I've had cable dsl since i cancelled yahoo dial up connection services 4 months ago.
Sbc yahoo dial is the worst isp ive ever had any experience with and would most definitely not recommend using this service to anyone but my closest enemies.
