Washer Not Working

I bought a washer and dryer from EasyHome, EasyHome Store 409-Region 5 at 10-160 Meadowood Dr.in St. Vital on 10/20. Washer is Whirlpool Laundry Washer Full Cabrio Washer Serial #CO4630797 at $501.00 and the dryer is a Whirlpool Laundry Dryer Full Cabrio Dryer Serial # MO4008406 AT $501.00. GST $50.10 PST $70.14.

On 12/11 my washer started squealing. It sounds like the bearings are going or the belt has slipped off. Even when I have plain water in there it sounds like the whole tub is going to fall. I went twice to EasyHome and asked them what they would do about it and they said they don't do anything when an item is bought outright. The person I was dealing with was the manager and her name is Katie. The receipt I have says nothing about sale as is or final sale. At the time they said the washer and dryer were brand new but when the appliances were delivered I noticed a ding in the washer but chalked it up to the delivery guys banging it on the side of the door. After dishing out that kind of money and the washer not working very well when I have had it barely two months makes me a very angry person. I am afraid to use the washer for fear it might totally break down.

Would you be so kind as to help me out because I desperately need a washer that works and I thought this store would be great but now am very angry and disappointed on the service I am getting from them. I would like my washer replaced at no cost to me.
