I bought a property lot near a lake in Cadiz, Kentucky that i was not informed about properly. The lot turned out to be not worth what i paid for it and the realtors that i met down there seem unhelpful and rude. I tried to resale the property with other real estate companies in that town but found out how clicky they all are. I would be careful about the real estate companies in that small town. I hope that i can save somebody else from getting ripped off by crooked real estate companies in that town.
