Keith Gagnon, Real Estate Appraiser, charged us three times the going rate for an appraisal on our property "if we wanted a high appraisal" within two weeks. He asked for two checks, one to the company and one to him personally. He was rude and impatient, didn't even look through our home. Buyer beware!
