Service never worked, fees were way higher than advertised, and gouged me on cancellation

Signed up for Vonage on promise of saving money on business phone, $49/mo. Plan. Told them at signup I needed 2 voice lines, 1 fax. They sent 1 2-line box. Followed instructions that came with it, which say to connect Vonage box between cable modem and router. Doing so cut off cable connection. Could not get it to work. Called for tech support, and they said primary phone and fax must be on 1 box (my phone and fax nowhere near each other), and that I needed another line and a 2d box. I therefore asked to discontinue service. They offered to send out installation tech (for free) with necessary equipment to hookup, so I agreed. They said 3d line would add $14.99/mo.installer didn't come out with any equipment, and he didn't do anything. 2d box arrived, and I hooked up. Then got monthly bill for $140, nearly 3 times $49/mo. Called to cancel, now they're charging all sorts of disconnect charges and equipment charges for phone service I never received and equipment that never worked. What they do is organized fraud.
