Warranty scam

My spouse & I purchased a Palomino TXL-FL pop up van within Houston in 1999.

The lift system today includes a difficulty on a single part, and so I got it to an RV repair location, they calculate $1,200 - $1,500 to correct it.

I appeared within our unique operatoris manual & it claims the guarantee for that lift program is assured for a lifetime. I called the warranty department. Of Palomino (held today by Forest Water) in Colon, Mi, plus they stated too poor, I've no guarantee because of the organization being offered to Vanguard Sectors in 2002 & offered to Forest River in 2005.
