Great dissatisfaction

Excellent discontent with customer support, fix, and criticism facilities. I own a fridge bought at sears that's a long warranty. I put a phone recently to obtain support and was planned to get a fix today. Today I obtained a speech communication declaring that their wouldn't be considered a employee in the region consequently my appt was terminated. After I called back I described this may be the 3rd period in mere a couple of months this has happened which all the food in both refrigerator and fridge was ruined, additionally I've 3 kids who I have to supply and certainly will not substitute the meals since the refrigerator isn't functioning. I had been moved three times throughout that phone and informed the greatest that would be completed was an appt on Friday because they had overbooked today. She experimented with pacify me by declaring that she could easily get mean appt on Friday.
