First National Card ripoff waste of time

CCA Catalog Purchases Card (First National Card) CCA is a ripoff waste of time Las Vegas Nevada...

First off I would like to thank usacomplaints.com. I saw there were two complaints on here about this company BEFORE I ever called the company. I letter came in the mailtoday with whatI thought was a pre-approved card. I thought this is great! I finally get a chance to build my credit. (I have no credit so no one will give me card. I checked the company, CCA, out on the web first.

I could not find even ONE web page for them, except for the fact they were on here. Well, I thought I would give them a call and see what they were about. Before I would give them any information, I tried to ask them some honest questions about their company. Of course, I got a sweet little girl who had only worked there about a week and was not able to answer any of my questions. I was then transfered to someone who would "be better able to assist me". I questioned them being on this web site and they claimed they have never had any complaints.

I asked if they had a web address where I could go online and see exctally what they offered and she said they did not have one. She wanted me to give her my debit card #, so they can take a one time only fee of $199. I told her i had no problem paying that but would it be okay if i sent the payment in. She told me that there was no way I could do that she had no idea who I was and if I was good for the money. Well, I told them I would be all for their service but there was no way I was going to give the my debit card number over the phone because just like her, I didn't know her from Jane Doe down the road. She began getting very angry at my inquirys.

Her voice started to raise. She then informed me that the call would be considered my first call and that if i were to call again I would be able to get all the stuff that was offered as a first time caller and i wouldn't be as lucky to get someone as nice as her and hung up on me...

I couldn't imagine someone being ruder then she was. Thank you consumer complaints for making me question the company before i signed up for it! I can see they are not a reputable company at all. BEWARE of CCA catalog!!! They are obviusely trying to hide something!
