CCA-First National Card
Ripoff

I received a letter and a card in the mail from CCA-First National Card just like others that I just read about. I also had the "gut feeling" that something wasn't right. My girlfriend called the number and at the third prompt when they asked to enter the number that appeared on the card, she hung up. She couldn't get a live person at the beginning so she decided to look it up on the internet. We just wanted to see what kind of stuff was in their catalog. Any real catalog company would have a website.

When she entered to search CCA Credit Service Division the first link that popped up was Usa Consumer Complaints.com. We were both shocked. We looked at some reports and when we saw the picture of the letter with the card, we were amazed to see the same letter that we had sitting in front of us. I just wanted to thank everyone so much for adding their input to this website. Without this, we probably would've been sucked in too!!
