I just recently received the Capital Credit Alliance letter in the mail saying I am approved for 6500 in credit and recieved a 1 first capital card along with the letter. I called the number with a few questions about the company. They wanted all this information from me about my anual income, address, bank account number, social security number. They wouldn't answer my simple question of can you give me a couple of product names and priced to compare to other stores or online places or give me a catalog to look at or a wed site address, they said they are not allowed to do that and all they said was they have been in business for 6 years and are a multi million dollar company and why would they be that big if they didn't have completitive prices.

They representative was also telling me the whole time that she was going to go ahead and charge me for the fees when I didn't even say I wanted to sign up. She was rude and so was the supervisor. This company is a big scam and no one should give them the time of day or any money, cause you will never see it again. They also said they didn't even have a catalog infront of them that they could list a couple of products out of to me. They have to have atleast "ONE" catalog somewhere! Do not waste your time with this company.
