Never delivered

I requested an incident for my Ipad2 on Oct. 17 out of this organization. I've not gotten it yet. I've named plus they stated that it'd are available in 3 times. I've requested to stop my purchase and requested to get a reimbursement and that I haven't noticed from their website however. I believe the organization works out-of Hong Kong. The organization doesn't keep in touch with its clients and it is not reliable. Don't buy products from their store!
