Failure to communicate

I requested pump repair components out of this organization on 7/7/09. Five days later, I delivered my first e-mail reconfirming the shipping target whilst the purchase was overdue. Used to do not obtain any verification in the organization they had obtained the e-mail. I delivered 15 extra emails requesting they contact me since I experienced the purchase was overdue.

They never replied to the emails. The component came 5 months after purchase without any explaination of the problem. They never delivered any mail inquiries.

The organization doesn't record a real target and doesn't possess a telephone number.
