They have all kinds of extra charges that they try to get out of you

I have lived in hometown america park for the past 3yrs. And sence ive been here i have noughting but trouble with the management. Last yr they told me i need to paint my home and had to ok the color with them. And the next mo when i didnt have it done they started charging me 50 extra a month so i have done it yet. Now they are going to charge me enougher 18 dollars a month for trash pickup. When i take the trash to the dump myself. I just went to the office to see about this and was told by the management that everyone in the park had to pay for the trash. Regardless if they use it or not. The trash pickup is 18.00 a month and there are 700 hundred mobile homes in here. So you can figger yourselfs how much it costing for trash pick. Or the park is making more money off it. My basic rent is 428.00 and 50.00extra for non compliance of painting and water is 11.71 and sewer is 9.96 the last two are charged weather you use water or the bath room. This brings my total to 517.67. My complaint is paying for things you dont use. Thank you
