Did not fix problem. No follow up on part. I Called 5 times and still no follow up. Newport Beach

I called Smith Bros. Appliance Repair to fix a leak in my subzero refrigerator. They came and said it was probably just an ice cube had melted. It still leaks and if you look inside the refrigerator you can see where the leak is coming from.
I also called about the seal around the refrigerator door. It has been 3 months since the service man came and said he would order the part. I have called them 5 times since then (they have never called me) and I still do not know what has happened about the seal part.
When I have called, I have also told them that the refrig still leaks and they still have not called or followed up on this.
I do not recommend this company!!!
