Ralphs steals customer money and sexually harasses customer

Ralphs takes client cash and shop evening supervisor intimately harasses client & is beyond rude

Nowadays Client (D) requires to come back product at Ralphs around 12-15 am today. Shop is available 24 hours. Janet Carlisle, evening store-manager (SM) requests bill. D shows bills. SM claims can provide retailer credit just and claims there's no Ralphs Club Card. D requires why no reimbursement as settled. SM responds there due to large quantity. D claims well I taken care of it and need money-back not store credit. SM says its plan. H requires to determine plan. SM says its evening plan. H requests SM title. SM has name label with first name and last name but covers it from D and will not inform last name to D and claims simply use my first-name. D requests lastname because it looks on label. SM harasses C informs him to not take a look at her label since it is on her torso. D is male and homosexual. SM doesn't realize that D is gay. D discover unpleasant, unprofessional and bothering that SM describes her torso when actually D required her name from her. D would go to another shop worker and requires him if he is able to please discover what SM lastname is.

Shop worker informs client but while he does that SM begins shouting before all clients her lastname. As D is making the shop, SM begins shouting loudly while D is strolling out: "ensure that you let them know it had been after night" along with other remarks.

Perform is unprofessional towards all clients along with other workers and SM sexually harasses D which is undesirable.

C calls corporate workplace government offices and nothing happens. Ralphs takes the clients' money. More straightforward to store at Vons or Albertsons or other shop instead.
