Twice today, I Have obtained a Lands End list, called them to put requests... And also have been informed that they're from the items. The magazines have found its way to my maibox inside the specific interval required by Lands End.

I sent a to Countries End customer support, and got a processed corporate reaction about having to purchase cautiously. I find this really irritating and disrespectful to some client.

I'm greatly confused below. When they do not wish to take into account individuals who call-in after they get the catalog, they should not send the catalog. I delivered another mail to customer support and also have yet to listen to sort them.

Therefore is the things they deliver a really list or perhaps a tactic to obtain individuals to phone and maybe purchase another thing? Difficult to state but when they wont inventory what to satisfy purchases they should not get telephone calls by giving out magazines.
