Bad vines

I requested 40 2-year grape vines in march, having a promise of alternative if vines do not develop; obtained the vines in may; planted them based on directions, including costly irrigation drip program for every vine. All vines using the exclusion of 13 created sprouts and leaves within four weeks.By August it had been apparent the 13 vines were never likely to marijuana. I expected for alternative vines and much more lately a reimbursement for that 13 vines. Mypersonal winery requested for images—I delivered 8 pictures for them. Because the last week of July they've not responded my emails or delivered numerous telephone calls. I understand the emails were obtained since I connected a 'readme' return.
