Consumer rip-off fraud

They allege they sent me credit material and tried to charge me for it and when I disputed it they put a report in on my credit record...

About 3 years ago I got a letter from this company claiming that I owed them $200 for some credit repair material or something to that affect. I sent them a letter explaining to them that not only did I NOT order this material, but I do not possess it. They sent me a letter back telling me that they would stop collection on this matter as they were mistaken.

I recently ordered a copy of my credit report only to find that not only did A.C.E. Report me to a credit company, (one of the big 3) but after 3 years they still have this claim listed as open and past due. I now need to contact them AGAIN and try to clear this matter up and get the report off my credit record.
