Knowledge Tech Shop didn't ship item I requested for overnight shipping. After repeated efforts, equally telephone and e-mail, to achieve Information Tech Shop, I eventually achieved a store consultant about the telephone (times after my item was planned to reach). I used to be informed the merchandise hadnot delivered and so I terminated the purchase and required verification. No verification actually arrived and, despite eliminating, the merchandise came some nights later. Our greatest criticism is the fact that Information Tech Shop won't react to either telephone communications or e-mails (I've quit numerous each). I have discovered other comparable grievances online about Knowledge Tech Shop. Be careful! Do not get attached like I did so.
