SpecialtyAuto.net is run and worked by a bunch of deceitful, lying, trash. Avoid at ALL costs! Omaha

Shops, Products, Services

Specialty auto network contacted me to sell my car once they saw it on Cars.com for sale. Mckayla Anderson was who initially sold me their service, stating that they would like to sell my car, it would cost about $300 with a 90 day refund guarantee. The company had my car for the full three months doing little or nothing, not even putting the correct information on the sites where they listed it to sell, and then when the 90 days was completed I jumped through their ridiculous hoops to get the refund, and am not being denied my money. I was sold the promise that I would be able to either have the company continue to sell my car or get a full refund and I come to find out after I paid that the refund is minus their marketing expenses, and I didn't even get that. They just completely denied everything. I called throughout the 90 day period and had two customer service representatives verify that I qualified for the refund promotion, and now that my time is up they are trying to tell me that it's only for this period of time and giving me the run around. Well, i have the paper that states that the promotion started in January and for packages costing $199 or more in black and white so it is going to be faught to the death till I get my $337 back. Trash like this banks on a customer giving up and then they get away with it, so don't give up and make sure you make their life worth the money that they have stolen from you and then some!

I have been doing research on them that I guess I should have done before even giving them my business, but they are a F rated company with a sleeve of complaints on the Better Business Bureau's website. There are numerous reports just on this website about them and their deceitful ways. I'm not even sure how they are still in business with the lies that they tell to people and then when they don't give you what they sold you, no one can do anything about it. Some day they will get exactly what they deserve.

Well this is me making an effort to do something about it. Trash like this is what gives other good sales business and just people in general a bad name and i'm sick of it. I have filed complaints with the FTC, Internet control organizations, the state that they do business out of, the better business bureau, and multiple other areas, and have contacted an attorney to form a case with for the multiple people that seem have been lied to by this company. With that being said, if you have been a victim of this disgusting company please send a response to this post if you have evidence of their pathetic lies and when there is enough people, we will make sure that they do not do business in this life or any other life ever again. They stay under the radar by stealing money from people in small enough amounts that the legal system isn't worth going thru to go after them, but as a whole we will put them out of business!
