I was selling a high ens sports car. I was contacted by a representative of Sell It Now Motors. This company offers on line advertising of vehicles and offers other services such as assisting buyers with financing. The "hook" with Sell It Now is their money back guarantee. After 90 days if the car doesn't sell they will refund the ad fee minus an administrative fee. My ad cost $299 and the rep. Said if it didn't sell then my refund was $249. I agreed to do business based solely on the refund program. At the end of the 90 day period when my car did not sell (never received one inquiry) I filled out all the paper work for the refund and sent it in. I was contacted by Kristen Wanko of Sell It Now Motors who said I did't qualify for the refund as my account wasn't set up for the refund program. I asked what difference does it make and she said the comapny has to know ahead of time what clients are in this program. So I said ok put me in hte program and extend the ad 90 days (no additional cost to me). At the end of the second 90 day perioed I again sent in a new set of forms at received a refund check of $99. I was perplexed at the low amount. After several emails and phone calls I received a call from a customer service rep who said that the $99 refund was the correct amount. He also said that there were administrative costs invovled. When I asked him to itemize the feed to me he could not as he said he didn't have my file. I questioned his judgement in not having a customers file ready when contacting the client. He had no answer for that and said that he was not willing to do anything else.

I recommed to all readers not to use Sell It Now Motors, has they practice deceptive marketing techniques, do not respond to customer requests on a timely basis and use inexperienced and immature personnel.
