Failed to provide promised service

The sales person who came to my home to sell me the service stated that if I moved, the service would be transfered to my new address for no additional cost. I moved from Michigan to Tennessee only to find out that they do not provide service here. I was told my only options were to sell my contract to someone, I.E. The person who bought my home, or to pay off my contract. The Customer Service rep was VERY RUDE, making statements like, "no one made you move to TN". With a 39 mo contract, buying it out is very costly when it states in the contract that the service can be moved and there is no disclaimer that gives areas where service is not available.

Needless to say, I am caught between a rock and a hard place. I am paying for a service that I can not use.
