Ripoff bogus late fees charged, months later I receive notice from collection agency

I am sure I returned movies on time, I always make an effort to, and feel guilty when I don't.

It has been months since we last rented movies. I received a collection notice today for $11.97. I have never received anything directly from Blockbuster letting me know that their records indicate I owed late fees.

I have never received a collection notice and my good credit report is very important to me.

I will go into blockbuster and pay this bogus fee, but then I will never, ever step foot in that store again.

I have printed up all the complaints from this web site and I am going to pass them around my church and kids' school.

It will hurt their business for sure. Obviously they don't care or they wouldn't treat their customers so poorly.
