Chem lawn ripoff

Is this a ripoff or what? I have had chem lawn doing my grass for two years now. Well I had them reseed it last fall and had beautiful grass growing well after two treatments of chem lawn this year—my grass turns brown—all through it is brown grass so chem lawn comes out and says its brown patch and they have to treat it with a fungicide which will be an extra treatment for more money?

Well what am I paying for them to do when they come out and why is it I am the only one with this so called brown patch in the neighborhood except I am the only one using chem lawn—

He tells me its due to the rain and wet weather we have been having. This isn't patches of brown—this is brown grass all through the green grass and I am afraid he killed the new grass that they put in last fall although he denies that. Can anyone help me with this?
