Improper Application of Lawn Chemicals

ProLawn applied fertilizer and weed control products to my grass in such a way that the grass began to brown and die almost immediately after application. They admitted that the technician improperly mixed the chemicals and applied to heavy a concentration of chemicals. Not only is my lawn serverly damaged, but my adjoining neighbors have considerable damage to their property as well. They have refused to resod my lawn and are only willing to seed it even though most of the grass has died and there are large bare patches. I had an established lawn, they killed it because they did not know what they were doing, and I believe I am entitled to have them reimburse me for the cost of having my yard resodded by a company that can get my yard back to where it was before they destroyed it.
