In the beginning the game was great. Over the last 7 or 8 months the game play has gotten worse. Gold (items paid for with real money) and coin items vanishing from peoples accounts. Little to no customer service and radical changes to bonus features with little to no thought to the consequences. Glitches in game play not addressed and fixed before the launch of other features that only make glitches worse.
