Requested a printing 6'x6' on April 21st... Received a wrongly focused picture (90-degrees off) and incorrect dimension... After 60 times of reasons (like *new gear along for 2 weeks*), approached the Business's administration requesting a reimbursement... To date lots of emails without any obvious solutions, attempting to create the problem more confused, although not solving the problem... Operating from helpful choices...

And of course another purchase in September of six ads, which were shipped using the incorrect finish (no finishing whatsoever)...
