Refuses to give refund

I requested many bikinis out of this online organization after being reassured by customer support that results and trades were welcome (getting apparel online does not permit attempting products on before buying). I obtained several products and updates of "back-ordered" for your remainder. I ended the purchase and delivered the things obtained. I finished the necessary paperwork to get a complete refund. 7 weeks later and that I have gotten nothing. Any conversation I've posted continues to be overlooked. I posted a chargeback problem through my lender and Seaside happiness refuted it, distributing my initial order as "evidence that I created the purchase". They didn't publish my client bill site (I've a duplicate) that exhibits the things as "delivered" and "some products not delivered". I submitted a problem using the BBB and unearthed that they've been rated having a "N" due to (shock) 30 grievances of rejection to provide discounts. The corporation ought to be charged criminally for taking cash.
