Ordered a print 6'x6' on April 21st... Received a wrongly oriented image (90 degrees off) and wrong size... After 60 days of excuses (like *new equipment down for two weeks*), contacted the company's management asking for a refund... So far plenty of emails with no clear answers, trying to make the situation more confused, but not addressing the issue of refunding me for the wrong product...

the same order had a second print that was printed in the wrong fabric...
Running out of friendly options...

Not to mention another order in July of six banners, that were delivered with the wrong finishing (no finishing at all) and wrong sizes...

Be careful... Do not rely on their promises, or even written orders... Nothings is done as they promise, and your money, once in their pockets... Forget about it.
