This company has a major problem and I will not doing business with them again

In March I requested a coat and related pants. After I put the purchase I thought I requested a dimension 14 but about the verification email it stated a size 16. I named them immediately and requested them to alter the purchase to some 14. They explained this may not be achieved since the purchase had been already delivered... Which it had been not shipped until 3 days later. They explained I really could return the purchase and also the proper dimension could be delivered. 8 weeks later I obtained an email informing the trousers are on back order and wouldn't be accessible before end of July. There's no means I'd like a summertime ensemble I requested in March at the conclusion of July. I would simply chalk it-up to see when the same task hadn't occurred this past year. After confirming the problem this past year towards the Better Business Institution it had been ultimately solved however it got sometime.
